Our Approach Our aim is to offer our customers as much choice and input into their new house as possible (subject, of course, to the stage of construction). To this end, where possible, we release our houses for sale at an early stage to enable customers to make those important changes and choices that can make all the difference. Our specification is varied and flexible and is selected to suit each location. We listen to individual requirements and endeavour to include these where possible. The result of this approach is a more personal, 'hands on' feel for the customer buying from us - who discover their own house will often vary subtly from their neighbours. |
This uniqueness gives extra appeal to our already carefully thought through developments. Many of our tradesmen have worked for the company for many years under the expert guidance of our experienced Site Managers. Our objective is to aim for quality in all areas of construction utilising a traditional approach and blending this with the most modern building materials, regulations and practices. We have a dedicated after sales department to monitor customers requirements once they take occupation. It is our aim to deal with any queries and problems quickly and efficiently. |
